The Entry May Be Bad For Your Eyes And Brain

Oh comrades!
Hear me out!
We served the humans,
For good and for bad.
We give but we do not take,
But how have they treated us?
Look at our home,
Burnt and dug,
Is this the way it should be?

Oh comrades,
We'd pledged our loyalty.
Blood, sweat and tears,
We gave it all.
We never questioned,
We never complained,
We just want to be respected.

Oh comrades,
We are still here today.
Through test of time,
We are still standing strong.
We lost our beloved,
And we gained new ones too.
To carry on,
What must be done.

Oh comrades,
We weeped silently.
Our sadness,
Engulfed by the raging winds.
But hopefully,
Mother Nature will hear us out.
We prayed, we wished,
May it come true.

Oh comrades!
We too,
Age, sick and die.
Nothing much can be done,
But we are still holding on.
To one thing,
It's called Hope.
May it bless us,
For a better future.

Sorry for the poor English. Probably not a very good one to read. Time for bed. Had to do something to not let my brain die off.
